## About the role

As our Events Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of the field marketing program at the center of how we grow our provider network and engage influential leaders in the industry. Forus gives physicians the ability to prescribe the treatments their patients actually need. Getting that message in front of the right audiences, at the right moments, requires an events program that is as commercially sharp as it is flawlessly executed.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in events, conference logistics, hospitality, or operations
- A track record of leading a portfolio of conferences, tradeshows, and owned experiences end to end, and not just supporting individual logistics
- Strong cross-functional communication skills — comfortable coordinating vendors, internal teams, and conference organizers
- A startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable in an environment where priorities shift
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with your former teammates
