## About the role

As a member of the Strategy & Operations team, you will help solve some of the most important problems facing the company. You will take end responsibility for goals across growth, operations, product, partnerships, and new business initiatives, helping define strategy and drive execution. This role is crucial to ensuring Forus can scale to meet exponentially growing user and client demand.

## What they're looking for

- Experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, consulting, finance, a 0 -> 1 business line at a high-performing organization)
- Technical background and/or experience working with complex data (at minimum the role requires learning SQL and low-code tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationships
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with your former teammates
