## About the role

You will build the deal flow engine for our impact accelerator. With AI support, a keen startup instinct, and a good eye for promising founding teams, you will automate and structure our processes.

## What they're looking for

- Education: At least a successfully completed Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Initial professional experience in a startup or environments such as strategy consulting, venture capital, corporate M&A or a comparable position
- Tech & AI affinity: You have a passion for tools like Claude, Click-Up, Notion, Slack , and initial experience with automation tools
- Process-oriented: You think in terms of structures. Efficient, clean processes and an organized way of working are important to you
- Communication skills: You have a genuine interest in people and are not afraid of proactive outreach (cold outreach)
- Mindset: You work independently and in a results-oriented manner in a remote setup and are passionate about impact topics
