## About the role

The Director, Global Tax & Treasury will lead the company’s U.S. and international tax and treasury activities. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, external advisors, and business leaders to ensure tax compliance, effective tax planning, strong cash management, and appropriate controls across the organization.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field, CPA and/or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally including both public accounting and industry experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation with experience managing international tax matters
- Experience with transfer pricing, cross-border tax matters, and global tax compliance
- Prior treasury experience is preferred but not required, the successful candidate should be comfortable taking on treasury responsibilities as part of the role
- Experience managing external advisors and working across multiple jurisdictions
