## About the role

Own commercial contracting end to end across new business, renewals, expansion, and partner/agency agreements, including technology and data partners. Build practical, scalable contract templates, playbooks, and workflows that let the business move fast without routing every question through Legal.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- In-house legal experience at a technology or SaaS company, ideally at an earlier-stage, fast-moving startup
- Strong experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements across the customer and vendor lifecycle
- Deep familiarity with privacy, data protection, and technology-related legal issues
- A practical, business-oriented approach that balances appropriate risk management with speed, customer needs, and company goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across functions
