## About the role

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team as a dedicated business partner to our global Product & Engineering organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A, you'll partner with Product and Engineering leaders on planning, forecasting, investment decisions, and performance management. You'll help leaders understand the financial impact of their decisions, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and bring a thoughtful financial perspective to how we allocate resources.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a related role
- Strong experience as a finance business partner, with the ability to build relationships with business leaders, understand their priorities, and provide financial insights that support better decision-making
- Solid FP&A fundamentals, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex data, identify what matters, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills and experience building financial and operational models
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and bring a thoughtful financial point of view to business discussions
