## About the role

We're looking for a Sr. Manager of Executive Communications to be the primary architect and manager of our CEO, CTO, CIO, and CMO’s external voice. You will own the editorial strategy, calendar and output that turns Freshworks' narrative into category-shaping thought leadership — across executive social media handles, keynotes, podcasts, media.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 8 years in executive communications, PR, or corporate communications, with the majority of that time in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Deep fluency in the IT service management, Employee Experience, or HR tech landscape — you understand the buyer, the influencer ecosystem, and the analyst community
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing C-suite thought leadership programs that generated measurable brand impact
- Experience driving executive narrative through category-creation or company-repositioning moments, not just sustaining existing brand presence
