## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join Freshworks’ Event Experience team within Brand Marketing, reporting to the Director of Event Experiences. Ideally based in our San Mateo, Bellevue, or Boston office, this role will play a key part in delivering elevated, cohesive, and operationally excellent event experiences across Freshworks’ global portfolio.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience managing complex corporate events, conferences, executive experiences, or experiential programs, preferably in B2B technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field, equivalent experience considered
- Proven ability to own events end-to-end, from strategy and experience development through production, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation
- Experience managing complex events across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and tight timelines
- Strong event production, vendor, and financial management skills, including contracts, procurement, AV, Run-of-Show, stage management, and onsite operations
