## About the role

Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you'll create engaging technical learning experiences for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and other customer-facing technical roles. You'll combine learning design, multimedia content creation, and technical proficiency to help learners confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions.

## What they're looking for

- 5-8 years of experience designing technical curriculum, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content, including eLearning, video, audio, and interactive experiences
- Strong learning design skills, including the ability to define course scope, develop learning objectives, structure content, and build assessments that effectively measure learner progress
- Experience creating learning for technical audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing technical teams
- Solid technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise learning content
- Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools
