## About the role

As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front’s inbox - the central place where teams triage, collaborate, and resolve high-stakes customer communication. This role is central to Front’s strategy: embedding Copilot into the moments that matter most in the Inbox (summarize, prioritize, draft, classify, route, and learn) while maintaining the speed, quality, and trust required for customer-facing work.
