- 5+ years of FP&A experience, with demonstrated ownership of financial models in a complex, multi-entity or multi-revenue-stream business
- Hands-on experience building, owning, and communicating a 13-week cash flow forecast - not just contributing to one, but owning it end to end
- Proven ability to pull and organize data across multiple systems and entities to produce consolidated KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Strong financial modeling skills: Excel and/or Google Sheets mastery, with models built for clarity, accuracy, and auditability
- The analytical rigor to validate model outputs - knowing what questions to ask, what data might be missing, and when a number doesn't make sense
