## About the role

The Mechanical Systems Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and performing test methodologies to determine the robustness and long term reliability (LTR) of Fulfil’s robotic systems. As a core part of the R&D team, you will assume a great deal of responsibility ensuring tests are well designed and well executed in order to uncover potential end of life (EOL) issues. You will need to design test fixturing and build test fixtures.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- 1-5+ Years Experience with running LTR or EOL testing on mechatronic systems
- Experience with creating and building test fixtures in 3D CAD
- Experience creating and executing on test plans or research studies
- Experience working with mechatronics hardware – motors & drives, sensors, actuators, etc
- Experience with life data analysis, including zero-failure and k-failure test plans, censored data, confidence bounds (e.g., chi-square methods), and MTBF or B-life estimation
