## About the role

The Fullsteam Accounting team is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Accounting Manager, Payments and Platform Services Revenue role. The ideal candidate will have experience in payments revenue and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the billing and revenue recognition is accurate for our Fullsteam Payments process in both the US and Canada.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including direct experience with payment processing or transactional revenue, public accounting (Big 4 preferred) background a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of people-management experience with a track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-caliber teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, NetSuite, Zuora experience is a plus
- Strong technical background in U.S. GAAP, with demonstrated depth in revenue recognition under ASC 606, including multiple-element arrangements and gross vs. net presentation
- Working knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting, including SOX-style control design, documentation, and testing support
