## About the role

We're looking for an L2 Support Associate to work the support cases that require real technical depth and sound judgment, but don't need to pull an engineer off the roadmap. You'll investigate complex account and transaction issues end-to-end, handling cases that are detail-heavy and often time-sensitive. This is a highly technical role for someone who wants hands-on experience with blockchain data and direct exposure to how a fintech infrastructure works.

## What they're looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in a technical, support, or operations role, this is an early-career role with a genuinely technical bar
- Comfortable navigating blockchain explorers (e.g. Etherscan, Solscan) and reading on-chain transaction data
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, these are cases with real financial and account consequences, and the investigation trail needs to hold up to scrutiny
- Strong written communication for documenting investigations clearly and consistently
- Comfortable working within defined approval frameworks rather than making unilateral calls on consequential cases
