## What they're looking for

- An earned M.S.W. or M.S.S.W. from an accredited social work program, or an earned doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution
- A minimum of two years of post-M.S.W. social work practice experience
- Experience teaching or learning in an online environment
- Eligible for clinical licensure (LCSW/LICSW) or certification in Wisconsin or Minnesota per the rules and regulations of the social work governing board
- A doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution earned by August 25, 2027
