## What they're looking for

- Associate’s degree in Facilities Management or related field and 3 years professional experience in Facilities Management, or 5 year of progressive Facilities Management experience at time of application
- 3 years of experience in staff supervision
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use specialized software packages, spreadsheet and word processing (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, internet, TMA, StarRez, PERSONA)
