## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in product, much of it at early-stage / high-growth companies where you steered direction
- A track record shipping products that transform real professional workflows in complex domains
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust - you reason fluently about agents and LLMs, prototype your ideas, and genuinely appreciate engineering tradeoffs. (You don't need to have shipped production code, but you're never hand-wavy.)
- Deep intuition for LLMs and real excitement for turning AI capability into product people trust
- Strong discovery instincts - you tell stated needs from actual requirements, and define problems amid ambiguity without complete information
- Excellent written communication - you distill complexity into crisp, buildable specs
