## About the role

Experiment with Growth Initiatives : Launch and test creative campaigns to drive awareness and sign-ups across digital channels, partnerships, and community-led efforts. Support Retention & Engagement Programs : Help design and execute initiatives that keep users engaged—ranging from onboarding flows to email campaigns and in-product experiments.
