## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as an attorney at a law firm or in-house practicing in the digital health, life sciences or healthcare industries
- Prior experience and familiarity with the legal and regulatory matters relevant to a digital health provider is required. Experience with reimbursement, licensure and credentialing matters will be an asset
- General knowledge of business functions and processes at a digital health or healthcare company, with a working understanding and ability to identify, assess risk and problem solve for legal issues relevant to this business
- Previous in-house experience will be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and to balance legal risk and business objectives with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assimilate information effectively, think strategically and execute efficiently
