## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong experience working with WMS, preferably Tecsys
- Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or a related environment
- Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory transactions, operational data, and process documentation
- Working knowledge of inventory control methods, including cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, inventory aging, and loss prevention
