- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles
- Strong expertise in analytics engineering and data modeling principles, specifically, experience with DBT (or similar data transformation framework) and Git (or similar version control system)
- Strong expertise in metrics design and instrumentation
- Strong expertise in experiment design and evaluation
- Proven track record working cross-functionally to provide analytics insights to Product and Operations teams
