## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience in pharmaceutical manufacturer services, specialty pharmacy, or hub services, with prior experience at the Director level or above
- Working knowledge of alternative channel models, including DTP and DTE program design
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, trade/distribution, or patient access services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior manufacturer stakeholders
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
