## About the role

As a Partner Success Manager focused on G2's most strategic partnerships, your mission is to deepen our existing partnerships and expand G2's influence within them building real influence with revenue, product and marketing orgs at G2’s partners. You'll drive inbound co-sell activity to our field and collaborate with G2’s revenue org to effectively activate partners in their deal and renewal cycles. - 7+ years of experience in tech-related partnerships, sales, or customer success, with a track record of developing senior and executive-level relationships across partner revenue, marketing, and product organizations
- Ability to navigate and lead product conversations with confidence, demonstrating strong product expertise and credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Proven experience developing and scaling partnerships globally, with a track record of consistently delivering strong adoption and revenue growth
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, bringing innovation and good judgment to fast-paced, quickly changing environments, and knowing when to bring structure and process as we grow and adapt to a shifting market
