## About the role

We would love for you to join us at Experian to help shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, in a remote role, we are looking for a strategic Product Manager. This individual contributor will lead product strategy for identifying and delivering a set of integration opportunities across Employer Services and the broader HR technology ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of product management or related experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products, with experience driving complex product projects
- Experience identifying and shaping ecosystem or partnership-led product opportunities, such as product integrations, embedded solutions, white-label models, channel partnerships, or co-build projects
- Experience evaluating strategic options, create structure and, build a compelling product and business case, and move complex projects from concept to measurable market outcomes
- Experience in HR Tech, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or adjacent enterprise software ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, advanced degree
