## About the role

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies that support Experian's talent and business goals. You will use market data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to help develop competitive and equitable compensation programs. You will also help ensure programs align with company policies and compensation regulations. This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Compensation Director.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of compensation or comparable experience, including market analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, and stakeholder consultation
- Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or research tools to analyze data and support recommendations
- Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour and equal pay regulations
- Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to multiple levels of management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using HR or compensation systems
