## About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Gaia, you will take full ownership of one of our core product areas, reporting directly to the Lead Product Designer and working closely with Product, Engineering, and the Member Growth team. Design at Gaia is a small function, so this is not a role where the problems arrive pre-defined. You will be the designer for your area: framing the problem, talking to members, shaping the solution, and shipping it. Your responsibilities will include:

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time as the sole or lead designer on a product surface
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you shipped: the problem you were handed, what you changed about it, and what happened after launch
- Comfort operating independently, and the judgment to know when to move and when to go find out more
- Strong craft in interaction and interface design, with fluency in Figma and modern design systems
- Experience working closely with engineers in a fast-shipping environment
- Genuine interest in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated, high-stakes domains, and the patience they demand
