## About the role

We are a high-growth med tech company preparing for IPO, and we're looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager, Corporate Finance , to join our Finance team. You will own the full P&L consolidation — bringing together Revenue, COGS, and OPEX from across the business — while directly building our cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, and partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive real decisions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- A track record of pushing back on a business partner who missed a target , then proposing and negotiating a resolution - not just escalating the miss
- Support IPO and public-company readiness by building scalable forecasting, planning, and reporting processes aligned with U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, corporate policies, and evolving public-company requirements
