## About the role

We are a high-growth med tech company preparing for IPO, and we're looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager, Operations and Commercial Finance, to join our Finance team. You will own our Revenue and COGS forecasting models end to end and serve as the primary finance business partner to Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Quality leadership. This is the seat where our commercial and operational financial story comes together.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- A track record of pushing back on a business partner who missed a target, then proposing and negotiating a resolution — not just escalating the miss
- Own FP&A systems and/or templates for Revenue and COGS modeling and drive process improvement, including automation and enhancements that improve scalability, efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
