## About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own paid acquisition and drive broader growth in the business. As a member of a lean and hands-on team, you'll manage our entire paid portfolio across paid social, search, and emerging channels, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to continue building and scaling Garage’s growth machine. The ideal candidate is someone who balances analytical rigor with the understanding that the biggest growth drivers happen outside the ad account.
