## What they're looking for

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related STEM field (expected graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2028)
- Solid CS fundamentals with exposure to front-end (JavaScript, React) or back-end (Python, Node.js) technologies, familiarity with databases or cloud platforms (AWS, Docker) is a plus
- Exposure to or interest in building with AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) is a plus
- Strong problem-solver who enjoys breaking down challenges and finding elegant solutions
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is motivated by real-world impact
- Clear communicator who can discuss technical ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences, and takes feedback well
