## About the role

Network Design & Optimization (NDO) is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and instrumental function within Gatik. The team is responsible for planning and maintaining networks / routes for Gatik’s Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). The NDO team provides the critical link between business and technical functions within Gatik. The team collaborates across various functions including Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Product. We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of this team.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science discipline. MBA preferred
- 5+ years of work experience in a strategic, analytical and/or customer facing role. Consulting, Banking, and/or a start-up experience preferred
- Hands on experience problem solving and implementing scalable solutions to complex problems within a rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Data analytics tools. Data modeling / scripting skills with Python strongly preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows
