Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process, acting with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. Provide an exceptional and welcoming recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role supporting high-volume hiring
- Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing complex calendars involving recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and candidates
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage interview scheduling, candidate records, and recruiting workflows
- Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews using Zoom or a comparable virtual meeting platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
