## About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of client accounts across paid social, native advertising, and search. You'll lead account strategy, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with Creative and Content teams to drive measurable growth for clients.

## What they're looking for

- Own end-to-end account strategy for assigned clients, including planning, execution, optimization, and scaling across paid social, native, and search channels
- Guide account strategy and effectively delegate tasks across account teams to maximize net revenue and performance
- Confidently pitch new networks, expansion initiatives, and test budgets to unlock incremental scale
- Identify and act on opportunities to optimize all layers of the GeistM funnel, from creative and targeting to landing pages and conversion flow
- Maintain accountability for campaign execution, including client approvals and timely delivery of action items
- Own account budgets, pacing, and net revenue projections across all networks
