We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our ATS team, one of the most strategically important areas of Gem’s product suite. We're looking for someone who balances hands-on development with long-term thinking: an engineer who can move fast but also sees around corners. This role also provides a clear growth path: you'll have the chance to mentor other engineers, take on technical leadership, and shape both product and team culture as we continue to grow.
