## About the role

MoneyLion is building a deeply personalized financial platform one where every surface, recommendation, and communication reflects who the customer is and what they need right now. This role is the conductor of that system.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior PM role owning a significant product area
- Demonstrated track record building personalization, recommendation, feed-based, or ML-driven products at consumer scale
- Strong first-principles and customer-first thinking — equally comfortable with qualitative insight and quantitative data, and knows which to reach for when
- Experience working directly with data science and ML engineering teams to ship model-driven product experiences, including defining inputs, success metrics, and evaluation criteria
- Exceptional cross-functional influence — able to align diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and act as a connector across product domains without formal authority
- Fintech, consumer finance, or high-growth consumer app experience
