## About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst is an important individual contributor role within MoneyLion’s Analytics & Decisioning team. This person will own specific reports, analyses, and data pipelines that support financial decision-making across accounting, forecasting, and customer economics. Working with moderate supervision, this role is expected to deliver high-quality, independently produced analytical work and begin to develop direct relationships with key stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming large financial datasets, experience with dbt is a plus
- Proficiency or growing proficiency in Python for financial modeling and data manipulation (pandas, numpy)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, including revenue recognition, accruals, and period-close processes
- Experience contributing to LTV, CLR, or cohort-based customer analytics frameworks
- Data visualization skills – ability to build clear, well-structured dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools)
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to build financial models and communicate key assumptions to both technical and non-technical audiences
