## About the role

Gen's AI Foundry is where our next generation of consumer AI products gets built. It is a small, fast moving team that takes ideas from zero to one, ships them to real customers, and then decides what to double down on. Recent work includes Norton Family Assistant, our secure 24/7 AI agent that helps parents manage the logistics of modern family life, and the Agent Trust Layer, the security foundation that makes it safe for an agent to act on someone's behalf.

## What they're looking for

- · Strong end-to-end product design skills (UX flows, interaction design, visual design) with a portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products
- · Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools, including AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make)
- · Experience designing trust, permissions, or “AI taking action on your behalf” moments for users
- · Ability to work within and evolve a mature design system (e.g., Oxygen) across multiple surfaces
- · Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with limited design support, prioritizing effectively across concurrent initiatives
- · Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, engineering, and marketing partners
