## About the role

As the Head of Site Safety, Security, Health and Environment, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring a safe, compliant and sustainable operation of our campus, including buildings, grounds, manufacturing processes, and utilities. The role includes the formal requirements for Site Security Officer (SSO) and Environmental Health and Safety (SHE) Officer as required by Roche Group governance.

## What they're looking for

- You hold a Bachelor Degree (science, safety, engineering, or industrial hygiene preferred)
- You have 10 or more years’ Safety, Health and Environmental program management and leadership experience in a manufacturing organization in process industries (pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical, etc.)
- You have 4 or more years’ people management experience
- You have 4 or more years’ experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment
- You have expert knowledge related to EHS/SHE risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis and management systems
- You have expert knowledge of SHE regulatory requirements, risk management, and business continuity
