## About the role

As a Patient Experience (PX) Business Designer , you will evaluate the commercial viability and financial scalability of patient experience concepts designed across our portfolio. In doing so, you will bridge the gap between creative design and business execution to maximize patient impact by transforming complex healthcare navigation into frictionless, patient-first solutions that ensure every innovation translates into tangible value for those we serve.

## What they're looking for

- Apply strategic frameworks to assess opportunity spaces and potential patient experience concepts, providing a clear business lens to support patient opportunity prioritization
- Define patient outcome metrics (e.g., time to therapy, persistence, patient-reported experience) alongside commercial KPIs to prioritize concepts with the greatest patient benefit
- Translate patient experience concepts into rigorous commercial and financial models to evaluate cost structures, revenue potential, KPIs, and long-term viability
- Identify and articulate both financial and non-financial value drivers (e.g., adherence, brand differentiation, ecosystem positioning) to guide design trade-off decisions
- Quantify risks and sensitivity scenarios using discovery-driven planning to build phased investment models for future-state patient solutions
- Inform the business architecture underpinning patient programs, including vendor strategy, funding models, and value realization tracking
