## About the role

You will be responsible for routine instrument QC, setup, and maintenance, as well as the operation of a broad range of conventional, spectral, and imaging flow cytometry analyzers and cell sorters, including systems from BD and Cytek. The role also includes user training, follow-up guidance, experimental consultation, panel design, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and data.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience operating conventional/spectral flow cytometry analyzers
- Experience with flow cytometry panel design (10+ colors) and optimization
- Working proficiency with FlowJo and BD FACSDiva
- Demonstrated ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot flow cytometry instrumentation
- Ability to consistently perform technical workflows accurately and deliver reliable results
