The Senior Director, Therapeutic Area Analytics & Insights - Immunology (IMM) at Genentech is a visionary leader responsible for setting the strategic direction of analytics across Therapeutic Areas in Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG). This role guides a multidisciplinary team of experts, leveraging core capabilities such as Market Research, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Access, Data Analytics, Digital Measurement, Customer Insights, and Business Development.

## What they're looking for

- Preferred degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer or Physical Sciences or related field
- MBA/graduate degree preferred
- Expertise in heterogeneous nature of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and/or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Understanding of the diagnostic challenges, treatment complexity, and evolving therapeutic landscape—including biologics, targeted therapies, and immune-modulating agents—in immunology
- Expertise in competitive and customer insights, with experience guiding strategies across commercial teams
- Expertise in business development insights, with experience guiding strategies across pipeline development, market access, and therapeutic areas
