## About the role

This role is an essential part of our Public Affairs & Access (PAA) organization, specifically within the Genentech Patient Foundation (GPF). PAA is dedicated to delivering impact through a fully integrated public affairs function that leverages our capabilities and world-class brand to ensure eligible patients gain access to life-saving medicines.

## What they're looking for

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Serve as a key member of the GPF senior leadership team, representing GPF priorities to cross-functional leaders across Genentech
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, healthcare management, public policy) or equivalent experience
- Executive Communication & Influence: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leaders
- Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to Genentech's home office in South San Francisco and other locations across the country as required
- Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, relevant PhD, or JD)
- Direct experience working with or supporting a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation or patient assistance program within the biopharmaceutical space
