## About the role

Contact and recruit relevant life science startups to apply to the program. Strategize, plan and execute logistics and operations for two accelerator programs per year in conjunction with the Program Manager.

## What they're looking for

- Residence in the Indianapolis, IN area
- Foundational understanding of life science startups and/or experience as a founder, employee in a venture-backed company. Understanding of technology commercialization preferred
- Leadership/management experience is recommended
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
- Natural willingness and curiosity to intentionally dive deeper into the life sciences, IU and Indiana startup ecosystems, even if already familiar
- Collaborative, team-based mindset. You will be working closely with the IU LAB team as well as the gener8tor leadership team
