You'll be part of a small, talented team of engineers and designers crafting the Medal experience on iOS: from real-time recording and clipping to social feeds, content discovery, and chat. You'll help shape our mobile architecture, influence product direction, and ship experiences seen by millions of gamers, moving fast in a team where an idea pitched on Monday can be in users' hands two or three weeks later.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recent experience shipping iOS apps (recency matters, since the platform evolves fast)
- Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI knowledge
- Swift Concurrency and Combine experience
- Experience working on complex real-time apps, video/media-heavy workflows, or social applications
- Ownership mentality: A track record of driving projects end-to-end, not just shipping discrete components
- Obsession with quality of code and interfaces
