## About the role

You will build the talent function alongside our Head of Talent and own the full recruiting cycle end to end, from sourcing strategy through close. You’ll help design the processes, tools, and programs that the rest of the talent team will run on. You’ll partner directly with our research and engineering leaders to identify, engage, and win the people who will define what we build next: frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers working on frontier problems in world models and embodied intelligence.

## What they're looking for

- Have 5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting supporting technical, AI, and/or research teams
- Have experience hiring frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers working on other frontier problems (from LLMs to multimodal AI to robotics)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and evaluate technical qualifications across software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning
- Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and proactively learn and stay up to date on current technologies by interacting with research communities
- Want to build something: you’re experimental with creative recruiting ideas and open to building systems for recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted recruiting workflows
- Bring an existing network in the NYC technical and research community
