## About the role

We’re hiring a Paralegal to support our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice—working directly with our attorneys on financings, formations, equity administration, and startup-side M&A for a growing roster of startup and investor clients.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience, with substantive ECVC experience: incorporations, venture financings, and cap table/equity plan administration
- Experience with capitalization management platforms such as Carta or Shareworks
- A four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Experience in a law firm, legal tech, or in-house legal environment, startup or high-growth company exposure strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of NVCA-style financing documents, SAFEs, and convertible notes, exposure to startup-side M&A (asset deals, acqui-hires, company sales) is a plus
- Substantial experience with Excel spreadsheets and exemplary written communication and organizational skills
