## About the role

We are seeking an exceptional medicinal chemist to join our Chemistry and Drug Discovery team. This is a rare opportunity to help build a next-generation drug discovery company from the ground up and contribute directly to the creation of a novel class of therapeutics.

## What they're looking for

- PhD in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in small-molecule drug discovery
- Strong foundation in medicinal chemistry and its application to disease-focused drug discovery
- Experience designing, synthesizing, and optimizing induced proximity medicines, including PROTACs or related approaches
- Experience across hit finding, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization, including experience building follow-up strategy for HTS, DNA-encoded or phenotypic screening follow-up
- Demonstrated success optimizing compounds for oral exposure and interpreting pharmacokinetic data across multiple species
