Salary decisions take into account a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ideally 2+ years of compensation experience in broad-based compensation, compensation consulting, and people operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data and market trends
- Proficient in using compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel
- Clear and confident presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts across stakeholder groups
