## About the role

The Investor Relations Analyst supports the operational and analytical work of Generate’s Investor Relations function, including shareholder reporting, share and cap table management, investor data and systems, and investor-facing reporting on compliance, impact, and ESG processes. You will work closely with the Investor Relations Head and Senior Director, partnering with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Investments, and Strategy. ## What they're looking for

- 1-3 years of finance experience at an investment manager or investment bank, or in corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or another quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience

- Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple processes and deadlines
