## About the role

As the Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will join our IR & Strategic Finance team in a highly analytical role spanning portfolio analytics, financial modeling, strategic planning, and process improvement. A critical part of the role will be developing a detailed understanding of Generate’s diverse and evolving portfolio and translating complex information into clear insights that help the company understand and manage risk.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, portfolio analytics, investment analysis, risk management, or a related field, level will depend on experience
- Strong finance fundamentals, including three-statement modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, and capital structure
- Foundational accounting knowledge and an understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP measures, advanced accounting expertise is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building, auditing, and troubleshooting complex financial models
- Ability to work accurately with large data sets, nested hierarchies, and complex financial information
